What do you do with personal information?

Your personal information is only collected when voluntarily submitted by you.

The information you provide on the applicationÊform will be used to process and administer your membership of XBHR. Your name, address and contact details will be included in the XBHR members' directory accessible by members of XBHR via the XBHR website. As a result, you may receive emails from (and will be able to send emails to) other members on relevant cross-border human resource matters, either individually or as part of a group or subgroup mailing. Rules apply to all members using the member directory and mailout facilities and access may be withdrawn if abused.

Members of XBHR are situated all over the world. Your details will be available to all members of XBHR. This means that your personal details may be passed to members in countries which do not have the same level of protection of your personal information as the European Union.

XBHR may use your personal information to send you information above XBHR events and other information which you may have requested. Occasionally we may notify you about important changes to the site and new information or services which we think you may find valuable as a cross-border HR professional.

Please tick the opt out box on the application form if you do not wish to consent to your personal information being used in the ways described above. Alternatively you may notify us by sending us an e-mail at admin@xbhr.com

If you have any questions about the way in which XBHR uses your personal information please contact the Administrator at the above email address.
